As of August 1, 2026, Membership Dues payments will transition from the 1st of each month to the 15th of each month.
For your convenience, the first payment for your Season Ticket Membership will be automatically charged for the 2027 MLS season on September 15th, 2026! This means, unless otherwise stated, your membership will be secured for the 2027 Sprint Season and the 2027/28 MLS Regular Season (Bundle Package). If you wish to adjust your membership to only the 2027 Sprint Season or cancel your Season Ticket Membership for the 2027 season, you must contact your Member Experience Specialist during the specified 30-day period beginning August 14th, 2026. Should you choose to cancel and have spoken with your Member Experience Specialist, you will be sent an official opt-out form that must be completed by the opt-out deadline of September 14th, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST in order to officially cancel your Season Ticket Membership. If you fail to opt out and complete the official form prior to the deadline, your season tickets will automatically renew and continue for the 2027 Sprint Season and 2027/28 MLS Regular Season (Bundle Package). No refunds will be accommodated.
To ensure a seamless transition to the 2027 season, your Member Experience Specialist will contact you to communicate the timing of the 30-day window, verify your account and payment information, and share updates pertaining to the renewal process. Please ensure your email or other method of communication is kept up to date and valid.
If you have thoughts of reducing the number of tickets on your account, it is important to communicate this with your representative or email us at  tickets@orlandocitysoccer.com at this time, as you will not have the opportunity to do so during the relocation period. If you are interested in relocating your current seats, you will have this opportunity after your membership is renewed. Any changes to your season ticket account or location must be communicated during the renewal period.
Per club policy, your Season Ticket Membership cannot be canceled if you fail to request a cancellation prior to the opt-out deadline. All payments are non-refundable, and no exceptions will be accepted.
