Orlando City SC signs Titus Sandy Jr. to short-term agreement

ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 11, 2025) – Orlando City SC has signed defender Titus Sandy Jr. to a short-term agreement, it was announced today. Sandy Jr. will be available for selection for Orlando City’s match against Vancouver Whitecaps FC today, Oct. 11, at Inter&Co Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

Sandy Jr. signed an MLS NEXT Pro contract with Orlando City B on Aug. 17 earlier this year, making three starts in six appearances for OCB in the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro season.

Orlando City selected Sandy Jr. with the No. 46 overall pick in the 2025 MLS SuperDraft draft out of Clemson University. The Charlotte, N.C., native played all four years of his collegiate career at Clemson, making 24 starts in 48 total appearances, providing four assists and playing over 2,500 minutes. Sandy Jr. was also a member of Clemson’s 2023 National Championship team and was recognized in 2023 on the Academic All-ACC Team.

The center back played in The Soccer Tournament 2025, a 7v7 soccer tournament hosted in Cary, North Carolina, this past June for Drip FC, making six starts in six appearances, scoring three goals including one game-winner.
