CHESTER, Pa. (Sept. 26, 2026) — Orlando City SC (10-13-4, 34 points) fell 4-2 to the Philadelphia Union (11-10-6, 39 points) on Saturday night at Subaru Park.
The hosts opened the scoring in the 11th minute after Eduard Atuesta was called for a foul in the box and the Union were awarded a penalty. Milan Iloski converted from the spot to put Philadelphia in front.
Philadelphia doubled its lead eight minutes later when Indiana Vassilev played Iloski in behind Orlando’s backline, and the forward slotted a shot into the lower right corner to make it 2-0.
After halftime, the Union scored twice in four minutes through Vassilev and Iloski to extend the lead to four. The Lions pulled one back in the 78th minute when Antoine Griezmann slipped Iván Angulo in behind the wall on a free kick outside the box for Orlando’s first goal of the night.
Orlando scored again in the 90th minute when Harvey Sarajian slid the ball into the middle of the box for MartÃn Ojeda to finish. The goal was Ojeda’s team-leading 14th across all competitions in 2026 and his 47th all-time, tying former teammate Facundo Torres for the club scoring record.
Orlando City next hosts the Columbus Crew on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Inter.co Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Apple TV.
